Payment Plans

Select the painting you want to finance and email me. I will send you and invoice for the first installment.

Payment terms

For artwork valued at:

$500 or Less

Minimum 25 % down-payment, payment terms of up to 3 months on the balance.

$501 -$1000

Minimum 25 % down-payment, payment terms of up to 8months on the balance.

$1001 or more

Minimum 25 % down-payment, payment terms of up to 12 months on the balance.

HOW IT WORKS: You pay me the first 25% installment followed by monthly installments of the item you’ve selected. I hold the item until the balance is paid in full. Once you make the down payment, I will take the art off the market and reserve it just for you! I do not ship the artwork until the balance due is paid in full.

INTEREST FREE
As a courtesy to my valued customers, you pay no interest when you purchase your art through the agreed payment plan.

PAY CREDIT CARD
Payments are collected- credit card. You’ll receive monthly invoices with a link to send us a payment for the amount due that month. Once you make the initial installment, you are agreeing to the terms on this page, so please read everything.

FLEXIBILITY – BUT COMMUNICATION IS VITAL!
The Payment Plan you agree to is a binding contract but, it can be a flexible contract. We understand situations may arise that change your ability to pay. You can always make larger payments to get your artwork sooner, or, if you run into unexpected circumstances, contact me to arrange for a longer period (up to 4 months).

CANCELLATION
If you have initiated a payment plan and for some reason, after having made one or more payments, wish to cancel further payments and receive a refund on payments already made, you may do so, with the following conditions:

You must notify us immediately so that we can put the art back on the market.
You will be charged a 25% fee (the first installment) of the total price of the artwork, as a service fee and compensation for our having kept the art off the market for that period of time.

NONPAYMENT AND FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE
If you can’t make a monthly payment, please let us know as quickly as possible. If we receive no payment or communication from you for 60 consecutive days, you will be in default, and the payment plan will be terminated. The reserved artwork will go back on the market, and you will forfeit whatever payments you have already made. To repeat: When you make no payments nor communicate with us for a period of 60 days or longer, the art will not be yours, and no refunds will be given.

Términos de pago

Para obras de arte valoradas en:

$500 o menos
Pago inicial mínimo del 25%, plazos de pago de hasta 3 meses para el saldo restante.
$501 - $1000
Pago inicial mínimo del 25%, plazos de pago de hasta 8 meses para el saldo restante.
$1001 o más
Pago inicial mínimo del 25%, plazos de pago de hasta 12 meses para el saldo restante.

CÓMO FUNCIONA:
Me pagas el primer 25% de la cuota seguido de cuotas mensuales por el artículo que has seleccionado. Mantengo el artículo hasta que el saldo esté completamente pagado. Una vez que realices el pago inicial, retiraré el arte del mercado y lo reservaré solo para ti. ¡No envío la obra de arte hasta que el saldo pendiente se haya pagado en su totalidad!

SIN INTERESES
Como cortesía a mis clientes valiosos, no pagarás intereses cuando compres tu obra de arte a través del plan de pago acordado.

PAGAR CON TARJETA DE CRÉDITO
Los pagos se recolectan mediante tarjeta de crédito. Recibirás facturas mensuales con un enlace para enviarnos el pago correspondiente al monto de ese mes. Una vez que hagas el pago inicial, estarás aceptando los términos en esta página, ¡así que por favor lee todo con atención!

FLEXIBILIDAD – ¡PERO LA COMUNICACIÓN ES VITAL!
El Plan de Pago que acuerdas es un contrato vinculante, pero puede ser flexible. Entendemos que pueden surgir situaciones que cambien tu capacidad de pago. Siempre puedes hacer pagos mayores para recibir tu obra de arte más rápido o, si te encuentras con circunstancias inesperadas, contacta conmigo para organizar un periodo de pago más largo (hasta 4 meses).

CANCELACIÓN
Si has iniciado un plan de pago y, por alguna razón, después de haber realizado uno o más pagos, deseas cancelar pagos adicionales y recibir un reembolso de los pagos ya realizados, puedes hacerlo con las siguientes condiciones:

Debes notificarnos inmediatamente para que podamos poner la obra de arte nuevamente en el mercado.
Se te cobrará una tarifa del 25% (del primer pago) sobre el precio total de la obra de arte, como tarifa de servicio y compensación por haber retirado el arte del mercado durante ese tiempo.

INCUMPLIMIENTO DE PAGO Y FALTA DE COMUNICACIÓN
Si no puedes realizar un pago mensual, por favor avísanos lo antes posible. Si no recibimos pagos ni comunicación de tu parte durante 60 días consecutivos, estarás en incumplimiento y el plan de pago será cancelado. La obra de arte reservada será puesta nuevamente en el mercado y perderás los pagos ya realizados. Para repetir: Si no realizas pagos ni te comunicas con nosotros durante un periodo de 60 días o más, el arte no será tuyo y no se harán reembolsos.
